We asked a coffee roaster "known by those in the know" in Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture, who has been wowing discerning local coffee lovers for over 20 years, to create an original blend for Te-Te Tangibles.

The owner is very particular about green beans and roasting. He is not satisfied with the commercially available roasting machines, and even manufactures his own specially tuned up roasting machine to pursue the ultimate taste. In order to provide customers with consistent quality, he adjusts the roasting conditions according to the temperature and humidity of the day with his expert senses. The taste and aroma are certified.

The varieties we handle include Brazil Santos, Colombia, Mocha, Guatemala, Kilimanjaro, Ruby Mountain, and many others. Our "original blend" is made by carefully blending the best of these varieties and expertly roasting them. Once you encounter this taste and aroma, you will surely become addicted to it.
