=Cancellations and changes to orders=
We are sorry, but we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders after they have been completed.
Please check the contents of your order carefully before placing your order.
The number of days it takes to ship the product changes depending on the product ordered.
Some of the products are ordered after receiving the order from the customer and confirming the stock with the manufacturer.
Please note that it may take more time for delivery if the product is found to be out of stock from the manufacturer. Please be sure to check each product page for actual guidelines and details.
Items in stock at our warehouse will usually be shipped within 3 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

=Domestic Shipping Fees=
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 800 yen per package (Islands: +500 yen / Okinawa Prefecture: +1,600 yen *applicable areas list).
=The purchase of products in different temperature zones=
Frozen items and refrigerated items cannot be shipped together. If you wish to order frozen items and refrigerated items, please place two separate orders.
For room temperature items, both refrigerated and frozen items can be ordered at the same time. (The lower temperature zone will be combined with the higher temperature zone for delivery.)
We plan to ship to 35 countries around the world by DHL from the fall of 2022, except for refrigerated/frozen products and some manufacturers' products. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout based on weight.
In addition to shipping charges, customers may be required to pay customs duty when they receive their goods. (Shipping charges for site purchases do not include customs duties.)
These taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that we will not be able to provide returns or refunds in the event that items are returned to Japan due to non-payment of customs duties or extended absence (approximately one week).
【RETURN and EXCHANGES】
=If there is a defect in the delivered goods=
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the delivered goods, such as damaged goods or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer support (email@example.com) within 7 days (including the day of arrival) after the arrival of the goods, with the following necessary information.
If the product is damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged part and the shipping box. Please be sure to read the "Notes" before contacting us.

・Items that have not been returned within 7 days of confirmation of return.

・Items without the outer box and all accessories. (Including tangs, packages, parts, instructions, warranty cards, etc.)
※We may not accept requests for exchanges that do not fall under any of the above categories if we deem the request to be unreasonable.
We will check the details of request and replace it with new item as soon as possible.
If we do not have the item in stock that can be exchanged, we will respond with a refund.

Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges for items of a different size or color, unless the item is defective.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges if the image of the delivered product is different.
Product photos may differ slightly from the actual product due to your monitor environment and browser settings.
In addition, there are many items that have different expressions, such as the texture of the material, etc., due to the characteristics of the product since each item is handmade one by one by craftsmen who are particular about their work.
