Just by mixing the ingredients, you can make your own homemade fermented seasoning "Hishio" in no time.
Mix 1 bag of Mellow Hishio-no-Moto with 300ml of purple (dark soy sauce) and 150ml of water for 10 days to about 2 weeks.
You can easily make soy sauce with useful bacteria living in it.
You can marinate meat and fish, or eat it as it is on vegetables or rice.
First, try using it instead of soy sauce or rubbing it into meat.
With Hishio, your daily rice dish will be transformed into "fermented rice"!
It is delicious and effective for intestinal activity.
